You may be experiencing some delivery delays or delivery failures when you load your Second Life Marketplace shopping cart with 4 or more items. First of all, thank you so much for loading up! We love you
Here are some steps to take, if you did not receive some items:
1) Check your transaction list, to see which items you were charged for. Wait about an hour after purchasing, as this is approximately the amount of time taken to refund on a failed delivery. During US early morning hours, it appears to be taking longer.
2) Once you have your refunds, try purchasing again, but try purchasing items one at a time. This is working.
3) If you did not receive a refund, and did not receive merchandise, you might try this:
a) contact the merchant who owns the store (their name will be on the marketplace listing) – be sure to read their profile on which method they prefer for contact, and submit an IM or notecard, whichever they prefer, or both. Let them know it was a loaded shopping cart, and they will be familiar with the problem.
b) contact Linden Lab support – write a support ticket.
If your failed delivery concerns ETC. products, be aware that I am checking that list all day long, and working inworld to hand deliver those, or to help you get refunds, or to purchase directly from my inworld store (or warehouse – not every item is on the store floor, but I will get it into your hands!)

Send me an IM or notecard, and let me know the title of that set, and I will deliver it to you, on the house, later that day.
